The Passfield Business Centre (PBC), near Liphook, Hampshire, UK, is ten minutes from the A3 with fast connections to the M25, and the mainline railway service to London, Waterloo (approx one hour). It stands in landscaped grounds of six acres offering a choice of office, storage and some light industrial units, with amenity space and extensive car parking.
Office units range from 150 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft, maintained to a high standard with a reception area for welcoming visitors. There are approachable and amenable on site staff who take care of any day to day needs, a café with catering facilities, use of photo-copier, full postal service offering franking facility and daily mail collection. Board Room/Conference Room available for use of all our tenants. Broadband is fully available.
The Centre is approached via electronic gates giving security to the building and parked vehicles outside of normal office hours, it also benefits from a night time security patrol. Access is granted to the Business Centre to all tenants twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
Office rents include rates, light, heat and service charge and are approx £18.00 per sq ft. Light industrial and storage areas are offered at approximately £8.50 sq ft and the electricity is metered.
